Self Care Action Plan
The past several months, I have covered six areas of self care and given you some things to consider when evaluating the balance in your own life. Now it’s time to come up with an action plan to take charge of your life and your energy.
Start by reflecting on these questions:
- In which area of self care am I already doing well? Put a + next to that section on the wheel.
- If I had to pick just one area to focus on, which would benefit me most? Put a * next to that section.
- Use the provided lines to write some of the Practical Ideas that would be helpful, realistic, and energizing to you.
Now pick just one action step that you want to focus on this week. It should be something that sounds really refreshing and rejuvenating. How can you make that happen this week? Write out your plan using the following format.
Revisit this Action Plan exercise frequently to help you reevaluate your balance between different self care categories.
