My self-pay rate is $100 per session for clients who do not use insurance.
Sessions are scheduled for 50-55 minutes.
I am in network with:
- IU Health
- United (Optum)
To find out your coverage, check your plan or call your company and ask about your “outpatient mental health” benefits.
I am considered an out-of-network provider for all other insurances. Check with your insurance company to see if you have out-of-network benefits. You would need to pay my self-pay rate upfront, then I can provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. You may use HSA cards to cover out-of-network counseling sessions.
Insurance can be confusing, and I want my clients to avoid any financial surprises. I am happy to help you research your benefits and will do my best to help you understand your financial responsibility for counseling services before we get started. However, you are ultimately responsible for understanding your coverage and are responsible for any fees that your plan does not cover.
Payment (in the form of cash, check, credit card, or HSA card) is expected at each session.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged $45 for the first occurrence of a late cancellation, and full session fee for any subsequent occurrences.
